Talbert Thomas is senior vice president, IT Strategy, Operations and Finance for Lincoln Financial Group. Thomas oversees IT Strategy and Performance, including technology adoption and metrics, Agile Delivery Practices, Enterprise Continuous Improvement, IT Finance and Vendor Management.
Since joining Lincoln in 2017, Thomas has played a key leadership role in the enterprise’s digital program, the development of the digital operating model and implementing digital adoption practice across the enterprise. Notably, he led Lincoln’s efforts to adopt a digital-first strategy in order to deliver an unmatched customer experience and increase organizational effectiveness.
Being that Thomas has been a senior leader of Lincoln’s successful digital program since its inception, he can speak on digital transformation and delivering value through technology as well as provide insights and best practices surrounding how IT organizations can best adapt to new capabilities.
