Stafford Thompson, Jr. is responsible for driving the continued expansion, diversification and enhancement of Lincoln’s industry-leading portfolio of Life Insurance products with key responsibilities including product development, pricing and management for Lincoln’s individual Life Insurance and Executive Benefit products.
Thompson can share perspective on product development trends, including how today’s life insurance marketplace offers a more diverse and flexible set of products with new value propositions to address holistic financial planning needs for customers.
Before joining Lincoln in 2018, Thompson held leadership and actuarial positions at SCOR Global Life Americas, Transamerica Reinsurance, North Carolina Mutual Life Insurance Company and Cigna. He holds a B.S. in mathematics with a concentration in actuarial science from Florida A&M University. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries.
