Scott Roth is senior vice president and divisional chief information officer, Workplace Solutions for Lincoln Financial Group. Roth leads the organization’s omnichannel delivery strategy across Lincoln’s Group Protection and Retirement Plan Services businesses. He is also responsible automation as well as technologies that leverage cloud, artificial intelligence and machine learning.
He can speak to the customer experience of the future, moving to a value center from a cost center and digital transformation.
Roth has more than 27 years of IT experience. He joined Lincoln nine years ago from MetLife, where he led the turnaround of their broker dealer application development unit. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Lehman Brothers and three software company start-ups.
