Lincoln Financial Network (LFN), the retail wealth management affiliate of Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC), announced that Roger Seigler, co-founder and president of Pilot Financial Advisors in Greensboro, N.C. and registered representative with Lincoln Financial Securities Corp., has received the company’s prestigious American Award.
The American Award acknowledges financial services professionals who best demonstrate a combination of business performance excellence, outstanding community service and commitment to family.

Seigler began his career with Pilot Life Insurance Company in 1977 as part of Individual Health Department. In 1980, he joined the Jefferson Standard Agency as an inexperienced life insurance agent, quickly advancing to sales management in just two years. In 1993, Seigler became the agency manager of the Jefferson-Pilot Agency in Greensboro, N.C. and in 2001, he co-founded Pilot Financial Advisors. Over the span of twenty-one years, the operation went from a traditional career agency to an independently owned and operated company.
Seigler is a charter member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, and has served as the Greensboro Chapter President. He holds the designations of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC), and FINRA Series 24, 65, 7 and 63 registrations.
