Rob Klaczak is senior vice president and divisional CIO of Annuities, Life and Distribution for Lincoln Financial Group. In this role, Klaczak is responsible for the IT deliverables for Lincoln’s business areas including Life, Annuity, Lincoln Financial Distribution (LFD) and Lincoln Financial Network (LFN).
Klaczak has more than 30 years of IT experience, with roles focusing on large-scale project delivery across all lines of business, including annuities, retirement and retail business organizations. Additionally, these roles focused on digital platforms, including mobile and web technologies. He boasts extensive experience with agile and bringing technology innovation to the organization.
Klaczak is known for his leadership in moving the enterprise forward through technology modernization in order to elevate the customer experience and improve operational efficiency. He can speak to Lincoln’s advancements in Annuity, Life, Retirement, Group Protection and Distribution businesses, including Retail and Wholesale Distribution technologies.
