Michelle DeCarlo is senior vice president and divisional CIO for Corporate Functions for Lincoln Financial Group. DeCarlo’s role encompasses oversight of IT’s impact on Corporate Marketing, Communications and Brand, Finance, Human Resources, Investments and Enterprise Risk, Legal and Compliance.
