Matt Condos is Senior Vice President, Retirement Plan Services Product Solutions, for Lincoln Financial Group. Condos is responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Product Solutions team for Lincoln’s Retirement Plan Services business. Drawing upon more than 20 years of experience, he leads a team of 50 dedicated professionals to deliver and service innovative solutions for plan sponsors, advisors and participants.
Condos has extensive knowledge of product development, risk management and retirement products. Prior to joining Lincoln Financial in 2017, he was responsible for guaranteed retirement product development at Voya Financial, Inc. Earlier in his career, Condos was an actuary at Hartford Life Insurance Company.
Condos holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Bryant University, and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, a member of the American Academy of Actuaries and is FINRA Series 7, 26, 63, 86 and 87 registered. He is active within the industry as a member of SPARK, DCIIA, SVIA and ACHS, and at Lincoln, he serves on the Diversity Inclusion & Engagement taskforce and Charitable Contributions Committee. Condos resides near Hartford, Connecticut.
