Lucy Gase is responsible for executive strategic leadership of Lincoln’s aviation, facilities, corporate real estate, employee security and business resilience functions as well as procurement, corporate hospitality and strategic programs. Gase also serves as an executive lead on Lincoln’s future of work initiatives, and as an executive sponsor of Lincoln’s Women’s Leadership Group.
She can share high-level perspectives on corporate facilities and real estate trends as well as Lincoln’s business continuity planning and return to office strategy.
Gase started her career with Lincoln in 1976. Throughout her tenure, she has held several senior leadership positions in distribution, operations and HR. She earned her B.A. in business administration from Indiana University, and she is a recipient of the Women Worth Watching crystal award and the YWCA Woman of Achievement Award for her professional accomplishments and community involvement.
