RADNOR, Pa., March 20, 2023 - Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) announced today that Allison Green Johnson, Chief Diversity Officer and President of the Lincoln Financial Foundation, has been recognized by Savoy Magazine on its 2023 “Most Influential Executives in Diversity & Inclusion” list.

The prestigious list serves to recognize professionals who have driven positive change within their organizations and the corporate world. These executives have implemented innovative diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies to recruit, retain, elevate, and embrace diverse talent.

In her role at Lincoln Financial, Allison oversees the company’s diversity, equity and inclusion strategy and practices, corporate philanthropy, and community involvement. Throughout her career, she has held various positions of increasing responsibility at well-known companies. She earned her B.A. degree in psychology at Spelman College, and her M.A. in counseling psychology at Howard University.

Allison has frequently been honored as a leader in diversity, equity and inclusion through her efforts at Lincoln Financial, and externally through business, civic and community organizations. She is currently involved with several Chief Diversity Officer roundtables, a member of the Forum of Executive Women, World 50 Inclusion & Diversity Impact community, the i4cp Diversity Board of Directors, and a board member of Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania. She is an active and involved leader, volunteer, mentor, member and contributor to community organizations nationally and in the Philadelphia region.
