Salafia brings more than two decades of experience to the Retirement Plan Services Institutional Retirement Distribution team
RADNOR, Pa., April 4, 2023 – Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC), a leading provider of retirement savings plans, announced today that Jamie Salafia is joining the Retirement Plan Services (RPS) distribution team as National Director of Consultant Relations, reporting to Jason Key, vice president, Head of Consultant Relations.

In his new role on the Consultant Relations team, Salafia will serve as an advocate for designated retirement advisor and consultant firms. With more than 20 years of financial services industry experience, he joins Lincoln Financial from Voya where he most recently held the position of Vice President, Consultant Relations. He is based in Hartford, Conn., and is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and holds Series 26 and 63 FINRA registrations.
