Lincoln Financial Distributors (LFD), the wholesale distribution business of Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC), today announced that it has expanded its intermediary retirement plan sales force with three regional sales directors: Brian Lighty, Todd Engman and Andrea Donaldson.

Reporting to Drew Disher, western divisional sales manager, Lighty, Engman and Donaldson will wholesale Lincoln’s solutions to financial representatives. Lighty will cover northern Illinois; Engman will cover western Wisconsin, Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota; and Donaldson will cover Arizona, New Mexico and El Paso, Texas.
About Brian Lighty
Lighty has more than 18 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining LFD, he served as regional vice president of central region platform sales for ING Corporate Markets, Chicago, IL, where he was responsible for sales processes in the retail, broker/dealer and financial institutions channels. Earlier in his career, Lighty served in a variety of sales leadership capacities at Columbia Management, Boston, MA, and Putnam Investments, Boston, MA.
Lighty has earned the PLANSPONSOR Retirement Professional (PRP) designation; holds FINRA Series 6, 7, 63, and 65; and served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps.
About Todd Engman
Engman has nearly 10 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining LFD, he was a senior qualified plans business development manager for Ameriprise Financial, Minneapolis, MN, where he was responsible for driving field-facing initiatives to grow the qualified plans business. Before that, he held various leadership roles at Baker Tilly Investment Advisors, Madison, WI.
Engman received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66.
About Andrea Donaldson
Donaldson has more than 10 years of experience in working with qualified retirement plans and more than 15 years of experience in sales and marketing. Prior to joining LFD, Donaldson was vice president of business development for Boyce & Associates, Inc., Scottsdale, AZ, where she was responsible for maintaining and leveraging relationships with advisors and CPAs to achieve new business. Earlier, she served in a variety of sales and leadership capacities at Anheuser-Busch, Chicago, IL, and Phoenix, AZ, and Boyce & Associates, Scottsdale, AZ.
Donaldson received an associate’s degree in business administration from Southeast Technical Institute, Sioux Falls, SD.
