Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE:LNC) today announced that it has named Kelley A. Grady Vice President, Head of Enterprise Litigation effective immediately. Grady will oversee all aspects of Lincoln Financial’s Litigation activities and report to Nicole S. Jones, Lincoln Financial Senior Vice President and General Counsel.
"Kelley brings extensive experience in all aspects of state and federal civil litigation in a variety of industries including insurance, financial, healthcare, pharmaceutical and manufacturing," said Jones. "Kelley’s first-hand experience makes her a valuable addition to the Lincoln Financial team."
Grady comes to Lincoln Financial from Ballard Spahr LLP, where she spent the past six years as a Litigation Partner. Prior to Ballard Spahr, Grady was an associate and a partner in the litigation group at Reed Smith LLP. She holds a JD from the Duke University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in English Literature from La Salle University.
