Kate Feather drives the strategic direction and implementation of enterprise-wide culture, recognition and engagement interventions for Lincoln. She also helps develop culture, recognition and employee engagement efforts that shape and shift LFG’s culture, business, strategy and employee experience aspirations.
Feather can share what it is like to lead an enterprise-wide approach to Employee Engagement with the goal of strengthening the employee experience across all of Lincoln’s businesses and locations. She can also address working towards creating and sustaining a culture and work environment where employees across Lincoln feel motivated to give their best every day, feel supported by our programs, believe they have a voice and believe they are recognized for their contributions.
Previously, Feather supported Lincoln’s Human Resources and Business groups as a consultant around Culture & Engagement. She has more than 15 years of experience assessing and advising organizations on employee and customer experience design and delivery. Feather holds an M.S. in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and B.A. in Psychology from Durham University.
