John DiMonda is responsible for overseeing the strategic business, sales and recruiting growth for Lincoln Financial Advisors (LFA) independent financial professionals through more than 70 field offices nationwide.
DiMonda can speak broadly on the financial planning industry – trends and issues that impact financial professionals and how they work with clients to meet their financial goals; industry trends related to advancing the broker- dealer’s revenue strategy for long-term profitability and expanded growth footprint in the industry; and how Lincoln is utilizing cutting-edge technology to enhance both the advisor and client experience.
Prior to joining Lincoln, DiMonda was a Managing Director for Veravest Investments, a division of Allmerica Financial in New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania. He began his career with Lincoln in 2003 and formerly held the position of Managing Director for LFA’s Metro and North Central Regions, where he drove strategy for two of LFA’s most productive Regions. DiMonda is a board member for the American College and is the Vice Chair of the American College’s Foundation Annual Fund. He is also a Member of LIMRA’s Distribution RoundTable. He holds the Chartered Life Underwriter and Chartered Mutual Fund Counselor designations and holds both the FINRA Registered Securities Principal as well as the Registered Options Principal. He received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York.
