Jen Warne is responsible for setting, implementing, and providing strategic oversight over all aspects of Lincoln’s Human Resources programs, including Diversity and Inclusion, Employee Relations, HR Business Partnering, HR Operations and Technology, Leadership and Employee Development, Organization and Leadership Effectiveness, Talent Management, Total Rewards and Corporate Social Responsibility and sustainability efforts. Warne also provides strategic HR counsel to our CEO, members of the Senior Management Committee and the Board of Directors. 

She can share high-level perspectives on HR leadership and strategy, partnering with business lines across the enterprise, cultivating the next generation of talent, Lincoln’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic, future of work, the hybrid work model and flexible work arrangements and the employee experience. 

Warne has been with Lincoln since 2011. Prior being appointed Chief People Officer in June of 2021, she served as the Chief Talent Officer and led the development and execution of effective talent strategies to differentiate Lincoln in the marketplace. She joined Lincoln Financial from Towers Watson, formerly Towers Perrin, where she served on the HR leadership team and held various HR roles. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Temple University and is based in Lincoln’s Radnor, PA office.
