Heather Milligan is responsible for underwriting and policy issuance of Lincoln’s Life Insurance, Executive Benefits and MoneyGuard (hybrid long-term care/life insurance) solutions.
Milligan can share perspective on underwriting trends, including how technology and data are driving Underwriting and New Business innovations that are transforming the sale and purchase of life insurance from a long and cumbersome process to a simpler, faster and friendlier experience for clients and advisors/agents - without sacrificing risk assessment.
Milligan holds a B.S. in business studies with a concentration in organizational leadership from Southern New Hampshire University. She has earned her CLU, FLMI, ACS and AIAA designations.
