Craig Beazer serves as general counsel and oversees all activities for the legal, compliance, government relations and corporate secretary functions of the company, and provides strategic counsel to the CEO, senior management team and board of directors.
Beazer can share high-level perspective on legal leadership and strategy, embedding legal across the enterprise, cultivating the next generation of legal talent, legal requirements in the hybrid working world of the future, navigating the regulatory environment and boosting diversity in legal leadership.
Prior to joining Lincoln in 2021, Beazer worked for Cleveland-based KeyBank, where he served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at major financial services companies, including The Bank of New York Mellon, Bank of America Corp. and General Electric Capital Corporation. He earned his J.D. from New York University and a B.A. from Iona College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
Beazer is a member of the Society of Corporate Secretaries & Governance Professionals. He is also on the Board of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association.
