Brandy Smith provides strategic leadership to drive the implementation and execution of enterprise-wide workplace Diversity & Inclusion initiatives. Smith partners with leaders across the organization to drive Lincoln’s work in support of its diversity strategy, mission and goals.
Smith can reinforce our commitment to diversity and inclusion by ensuring focus and purpose with action plans, visibility, and accountability across leadership and the organization. She can serve as an alternate when Allison Green Johnson is unavailable.
Formerly, Smith served as assistant vice president, Chief Compliance Officer & Counsel for the group insurance division at Lincoln. She has held several positions of increasing responsibility since joining Lincoln in 2012. Smith holds a B.S. in Education from Nebraska Wesleyan University and a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law.
