Allison Green Johnson is responsible for diversity and inclusion strategy and implementation, as well as leadership of employee engagement initiatives helping shape company culture.
Green Johnson can share perspectives on our diversity and inclusion strategies that advance inclusion and equity in Lincoln Financial’s workplace, marketplace and community engagement practices. She can also address the future of culture & engagement at Lincoln.
Throughout her career, she has held business operations, management consulting, organizational development and design, talent management and diversity leadership positions of increasing responsibility at well-known companies, including Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Vanguard, The Hay Group and State Farm. Green Johnson earned her B.A. in psychology at Spelman College, and her M.A. in counseling psychology at Howard University.
